At Bird + Bear Kids, we’re committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Please review the following policy to understand how we process, ship, and support your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
During high-volume periods (e.g., launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly from your Bird + Bear Kids account or confirmation email.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please:

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@birdandbearkids.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will notify you. You may:

Request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)

Request a refund (minus original shipping costs)
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Bird + Bear Kids is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier or offer a resolution where possible.
